Privacy Policy¶
Effective date: May 28, 2026
Who We Are¶
AAM Cyber is the institutional home of the AQ Score™ governance standard for autonomous systems — digital agents and physical autonomous systems alike. The standard is built and operated by Pharns Genece, Founder and Architect. Contact: [email protected].
Information We Collect¶
This is a static, informational site. We do not run tracking pixels, behavioral profiling, ad networks, or cross-site identifiers.
Privacy-respecting analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-preserving analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individuals, does not collect personal data, and does not share data with third parties. Plausible aggregates page-view counts and basic referrer information at the site level. No individual visitor is identified or profiled.
Infrastructure logs. Infrastructure providers collect standard server-level data as part of their services:
- Cloudflare handles DNS, CDN, and security. Their privacy policy governs that data.
- GitHub Pages hosts the site files. GitHub's privacy statement governs those logs.
Direct inquiries. If you contact us by email or LinkedIn — including via the institutional brief-share gate — we use that information to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists. We do not sell, lease, or share your contact information with third parties.
Cookies¶
This site does not set first-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set security cookies as part of DDoS protection (__cf_bm, cf_clearance). These are infrastructure cookies required for the site to function securely, not tracking cookies.
Your Rights¶
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Contact [email protected].
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell or share personal information. We do not process sensitive personal information for inferences about you.
EU / EEA / UK residents (GDPR): Our lawful basis for processing inquiry data is legitimate interest in responding to business communications under Article 6(1)(f). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Brief-Share Gate¶
If you request the institutional brief through a signed-request channel, you provide your name, organization, and a verifiable institutional email. This information is used solely to authenticate the requester and deliver the brief. It is not used for marketing, not added to lists, and is retained only as long as needed to fulfill the request and any follow-up correspondence you initiate.
No Tracking Across Other Sites¶
We do not embed third-party tracking scripts. The only embedded code is Plausible (analytics, no tracking) and standard fonts/icons served via official CDNs. We do not load advertising networks, social pixels, or remarketing tags.
Changes¶
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the effective date above. We do not retroactively apply changes to previously collected data without notice.
